How do I get night access to the venue ?

To gain night access to your stand outside of official opening times, please follow these steps:

Pre-Event Process

1. Complete the Night Access Request Form: This form is valid until 23 August 2026. You can complete it online here.
2. In-Person Submission: From 24 August 2026, night access requests must be submitted in person at the Business Center at Grosser Stern, from 08:00 to 16:00 daily. During this period, the online form will not be available.

Requirements

• Security Guard: Night staff must be accompanied by a security guard, which must be booked directly via the BECO Shop.

Wristband Collection

• Business Centre at Grosser Stern: Wristbands can be collected from 24 August 2026, between 08:00 and 18:00.
• Entrances of Hall 7 and Hall 21: Wristbands are also available during official opening times.

Entrances for Night Access

• Gate 9 and Entrance Hall 7 and 21: These entrances are open 24 hours for night access.
