Do we need our own security for our stand?

Exhibitors at IFA are responsible for the security of their own stands. While general hall security is provided by the event venue, the security of individual exhibition stands, including the protection of exhibits and valuables, is the responsibility of the exhibitor. It is advisable to hire stand security, especially during times when your stand is unattended.


Ordering Stand Security

To ensure the security of your stand, you must order stand security services through the BECO Shop. It is prohibited to hire external companies for this service. The BECO Shop provides a platform for ordering all necessary services to successfully organize your trade show appearance.


Additional Considerations

  • Insurance: Exhibitors are advised to secure insurance against all risks, including theft, during the setup, event days, and dismantling phases.
  • Valuables: Ensure that valuables are particularly secured during the setup and dismantling phases, as IFA Management GmbH / Messe Berlin does not assume liability for theft or damage.
